Departing one hour before sunset for a scenic sail, enjoy champagne, beer or wine.

At Sunset, anchors away & first course is served. Classic Mexican
Ceviche of fresh caught Bermuda fish. Paired with organic Chilean white wine.

Followed by Main course: Grilled Kabob of fresh fish, pepper, mushroom, pineapple, red onion.
Accompanied by Caribbean peas and rice, fresh Asian slaw, Plantains fried in coconut oil with honey. Paired with organic French Rose.

Organic Coffee is served ith Dessert of Bermuda Bananabread with whipped cream and rum.

Price, all inclusive for sailing, meal, pairing is $189 pp
