Ana Luna’s Menu

Food:

We have widened the catering service to provide a great menu for summer cruises. We can come up with almost any menu by special request, but check out current offering first.

Green Salad a la Mom: hand prepared at time of serving, torn lettuce topped with Bermuda tomatoes, snap peas, olives, then special toasted pepetoria seeds and parma cheese and dressed with mom’s olive oil and red wine vinegar with spices.

Grilled Kabobs: Fish kabobs with marinated vegies and lamb kabobs with special spices

Fish Tacos: Bermuda grilled Wahoo, salsa fresca, tartar sauce, fresh greens wrapped in toasted tortilla.

Bow Tie Salad a la Deb: bow ties with sun dried tomatoes, red onion, olives, parm cheese, fresh roasted veggies.

And for dessert: Mango Sorbet & Chocolate ice cream with cookies…Yummm

Organic Hibiscus Tea is served on all cruises in addition to fresh drinking water and ice.
